A re-siding job that involved removing all existing siding, replacing 4 studs, installing 1/2" plywood sheeting, new entry door, then... installing upgraded vinyl siding & over that... and new soffit. It was a tricky install given there are gates to the alley on both sides as well as deck fencing & deck railing that abutted the garage on two corners. A truly tidy & professional install. Scheduling coordination could have been better, but the end result looks great & the garage is much more structurally sound.

In July, J & P Exteriors came out to put on a new main roof and dormer roof, took down old gutters and reinstalled new gutters with leaf guard, and tuck pointed areas on the house that needed some touch-up as well as the chimney and installed a new chimney liner. All of this happened over a couple of different days. Each crew that came out did a wonderful job! The roofers worked 12 hours to take down and install the new roof in one day. They also were very conscious of tucking in little pieces of siding that might have popped up when they were removing the old roof. Each crew was very knowledgeable and worked really hard. They provided excellent service! Hildebrand came out and made sure each crew was doing exactly what they were supposed to. He was a great contact point through all of the different work. In addition, this company came out in January to do emergency siding repair that was causing an inside ceiling leak. They were one of the few companies that would even consider coming out in January and they did a great job. I would absolutely recommend this company because of its great work and excellent service and reasonable pricing.
